The PC version maxed out on 1920x1080 actually looks pretty sweet.
i have an i7 930 + gtx 460 1gb + 8gb ram and it probably barely breaks a sweat running this game on max settings lol
nothing too crazy and here's hoping the game has been optimized well and actually has settings that can be changed unlike the first one!
dont forget, MOH Frontlines/Dead Space Extraction HD and these aren't timed exclusive their solely on PS3 kinda makes you wonder how sony is able to get full exclusivity
definitely will and hopefully they consider making a pc version sometime down the road, although I doubt it.
but truth be told i'll probably be putting most of my hours in fallout new vegas, probably wait for a price drop on this.
ME1 was more rpg than ME2 IMO
who's bringing pc into this? PC hardware is as new as you want it to be, they use DVD but their data is compressed and fully installed onto the PC UNLIKE the 360, storage limitations are being noted by various developers and all MS would have had to do was included a hdd in every 360 to add installs so multiple discs wouldnt be needed. Not very forward thinking to me...
that's subjective, no longer relevant to who? the people who have played it? There could be millions who havent played it and are waiting for a GOTY edition or the dlc to release on their platform and would be very relevant to them.
all they had to do to fix this issue was make hdd's standard and that would alleviate all the problems with limited space but they couldn't even do that. MS had options they just screwed up, not for themselves because obviously its all about getting to the market first and profit for them but for the gamers.
someone developing exclusively for microsoft at the time is gonna complain about their storage medium?
so a lot of developers complaining about the space issues on DVD are wrong and you are correct right?
xbox 360 only does timed exclusive multi-plat DLC!
@above
move forward? how exactly is 360 moving forward when using that ancient storage medium? not having mandatory hdds coupled with dvd space = gimped games. rrod still hasnt been fixed and its been 5 years since release, i wouldnt call microsoft a "foward" thinking company.
better to wait for things that are fully completed rather than released half a$$ed aka the RROD Xbox 360 with no hdmi/wifi/standard hdd (still not standard)/blu ray.
well im relatively new to the pc gaming space (havent had a gaming pc since 2004? PS3 mainly) but yeah I've had a samsung 1080p tv since 2006 and im not upgrading until the 3d tvs come down in price.
yeah i know its running on the very dated UE3, but i was just agreeing with other posters that games have been tailored to consoles in that even games released this year dont require beastly computers (i can barely max out crysis), what do you think i should get in terms of hdd size? I thought 1 TB was plenty, damn...
I just got a custom built i7 930 gtx 460 sli 8 gb ram, 1 tb hdd, so not all of us are "budget conscious" and like other posters before me said, when i can max out games that came out THIS year (ME 2 for example) i know this system is in it for the long haul, off topic, looking forward to playing fallout new vegas on PC with mods!
I played FO3 on PS3 and then saw the PC version and that's when it dawned on me, I'm a graphics whore.
1920x1080 with all setting maxed except AA(4x and 8x are virtually no different for me at that resolution) and it looks good but its not gonna win any awards
