i'm sure some games will have a patch to take your past data and implement the trophy system with it. hopefully.
Sony has now released details of the new Trophy system which no doubt looks much nicer than a static number on a card. People will now play games and unlock both 2D and 3D trophies for their accomplishments in future and eventually past games.
PLAYSTATION® 3 gamers can now see a nice looking 2D graphic in a profile card which will also be available in full 3D to showcase in Home®. Whereas Xbox 360 owners only get to look at a set of static numbers that are as exciting a...

well, all those RROD returns have to go somewhere, right?
seriously though, i don't think this news is true. MS isn't that dumb.
Microsoft Corp has always thought of the consumer before profits. They are generously helping the environment by giving consumers refurbished consoles at retail prices all in the name of keeping our Earth "green" in order to cut down on production in their factories.
However, Microsoft Corp has declined to answer questions from scientists who claim the tremendous heat dissipated from the Xbox 360 console due to RROD is the culprit for the Global Warming phenomenon.
i like Bill Gates. He's generous with his money for donating it to charitable causes. I wish him the best in his future in his philanthropy
Microsoft Corp's Bill Gates has declined to comment on paperwork found relating to the creation of the Xbox platforms in which he used his past quotes to label the Xbox consoles:
“That’s not a bug, it’s a feature.”
“Garbage in, garbage out.”

Due to Microsoft Corp's monopolistic mentality they have now started a campaign to expand their division to acquire country names in their conquest for more dominance in the world.
Rumor has it that they have spoke to investors of their intentions to claim everyone's first born child's name. With future forecasts of acquiring the rights to own all pet names as well.

here's a bubble.
yeah i agree, but i'm not a graphics whore. the voice work could use some help (english) since i don't understand japanese. overall i think the graphics are great.
i agree with you. it's possible unless it's 1st party which MGS4 is not.
i don't know who disagreed with you Thom.
Team ICO is a Japanese game development team, lead by game designer Fumito Ueda. Working under Sony Computer Entertainment Japan's Product Development Department #1, this team of developers has developed the video games Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.

yeah, i agree, the controls were very intuitive. i have no clue how some people claim it's clunky when it's silky to me.
i agree with you, only the xbox zealots think the jokes were intentional attacks on the xbox when it wasn't at all. this is probably what outraged some of the in-closet reviewers.
not once did MGS4 take a dump on anything xbox related. i've played it 4 times and never had any of the jokes put xbox in my mind.
*SPOILERS*
the shadow moses codec was an inside joke referring to MGS1 and the exact area where you had to change the disc. nothing more.
most if not all developers use other big games for reference to see how they can improve on their own product. nothing new here.
this game is looking sweet!
yeah, that's what i find so awesome as well, it's n00b friendly.
it has some rpg elements to it as well.
Sony, release ICO so i can pay you and not some dude on ebay!!!
