Titanfall was always bullshot. Destiny is maybe the first game to look to this year for blending of sp and mp in a unique way. Then The Division.
I b ready. See you online.
The game is beautiful, the gameplay looks good, and it's 15 bucks. Win, win, win. Stop hating.
PS4 is the gamer's choice. That much has been established.
But, but, but....dem clouuudddddzzzzz!!!!!
2 late repawn/ea....playstation planet does not forget treachery and those willing to sell out for the quick buck.
Titanfall biggest game of the year? What the heck are you smoking?
Whatever Naughty Dog produces, any title, any time, I'll be there to purchase. The quality of their releases is that good. I will buy sight unseen.
I feel sorry for someone who thinks virtual reality is a gimmick, and lumps it in with motion controls. Truly sorry. It may be too soon to expect a system that does the job well AND isn't expensive, but VR certainly is the future. Especially when we reach the point where it's not required to have a headset and the image is simply projected into the environment all around you. On that day, I no longer leave my home. I will become a shut-in.
I would like to see it on PS4, but to be honest I think Naughty Dog is beginning to spread themselves a bit thin. Amy Hennig left or was forced out so who knows who from ND is taking over her role in Uncharted development. The Last of Us team is still working on multiplayer dlc for TLOU, a movie adaptation has been announced for that game and Neil Druckmann is going to be heavily involved in that project, plus that team will be working on TLOU2 or a new ip if they decide to go in that direct...
There will always be brand loyalty, but brand loyalty does not mean blind loyalty. The fact that the ps4 is outselling the xbone in the US and UK despite supply constraints points to that. Some gamers in those territories who were 360 only last gen have migrated to Sony's console this gen. I own a ps3, 360, and ps4. The ps4 was the clear choice to me because of my experience with both consoles and their exclusives last gen. Sony killed it, especially the last few years before the ps4...
@Mystogan
C'mon man...you could make that statement about anybody who receives a gift. Why not give the gifts you receive to charity? I'm fairly certain Jason Heyward does his fair share for charitable organizations, why be sour on the man for treating his friends and teammates? A nice gesture is never the wrong thing.
My vote goes to the Steel Series H wireless. It's pretty damn awesome.
@oppai
Right on the money. Every feature the xbone touted as a strength isn't showing up in the games. Drivatars? Really? 6v6, no destruction in the environment, multiplayer only, 60fps that sometimes drops INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS!!!, bots as dumb as rocks, suboptimal hd resolution, etc. etc. etc. If that is your definition of next gen and cloud power, I'll pass thank you. Clooouuuddzzz indeed. The funny thing is just how gullible so many people are and they actually belie...
"Will Titanfall Remain An Xbox/Microsoft Exclusive Forever?"....The better question is, does anyone really care all that much? By the time the Titanfall sequel is ready for release, there will be a plethora of quality titles for both ps4 and xbone that will put that game on the back burner for most. They had an opportunity to establish some mindshare on ps4 simply because there are not a whole lot of new AAA titles for either system at the moment. Gamers move on pretty quickly. Tit...
I'm still hoping the team that made The Last of Us will make a space epic next, then return to The Last of Us after that. I want a new ip from Naughty Dog. But if they do make TLOU 2 next, I'll be picking it up day one regardless. Thanks for making brilliant games ND.
Job well done Naughty Dog and Sony. I highly anticipate playing the next gem from this amazing studio.
@arbiterchief
Butthurt alert!!! Butthurt alert!!! The denial is strong with these types.
Titanflop. Boy, that cloouuuddd really is something. Hoodwinked and suckered again. Wake up sheep.
The story of infamous is pretty kick a$$. You should wiki up before you play just to know a little bit of the history.
