What are you even talking about, the only person talking about PlayStation having any development issues is you. They have been releasing games at a steady pace every year since launch.

The rise of "DLC" started when Microsoft wanted to maximize profits by charging for online and allowing companies to sell crap like horse armor on the console space.
If it wasn't for Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony wouldn't be charging for online play and neither Sony nor Nintendo was putting any kind of "DLC" in their games until market pressure forced it upon them.
So thanks Microsoft from the beginning you have made console gam...

They had games from every genre, AAA to indies, multiplayer and single-player, games that will be rated M, and games for all ages, big games developed in Japan and places around the world they even had some new hardware to show.
But what happens to all the xbox fans who aren't even going to get to play FF16?
Sony is not going to not have games next year, they just said in their financial report two days ago that they plan to release 2 or more big-budget games every year aside from all the smaller games they publish that people conveniently forget about over and over.

By the time FF16 releases next month and PS5 is still outselling xbox 4:1 nobody is going to care about any of this.
If you're hoping this show (which was fine and showed a ton of games not coming to xbox) is going to be the downfall of PlayStation you're going to be extremely disappointed.

GoodGuy09, I get that to some degree, but keep in mind they added a full PS5 version of the game since the original release.
The game is going to be super high quality and effort, I am quite positive that in this case, the delay will have lead to a much larger project.
And keep in mind the game also has 4 player co-op and is made by Ctygames so you know the combat and gameplay is going to be top-notch..

Why does everyone keep leaving out Gran Blue Fantasy: Relink?
It's a huge budget JRPG, they are super rare, and it's also PlayStation exclusive and coming out later this year.
Tower of Fantasy is also big-budget.

Good point Tekadin, if you have an xbox you don't even have the option to play any VR games.
So that's what 70+ games and a growing list of games that xbox owners will never be able to play.

Sony showed 33 games only 12 of those games are going to be on xbox. So they showed more than 20 that WILL NOT be on xbox.
Nearly daily games get announced that aren't on xbox but are on Playstation and or Switch. Xbox has BY FAR the smallest library of the three consoles.
You guys can try to spin this event however you want, but xbox is still last and PlayStation and Switch are still selling 3-4+ times and many consoles and software.
It's just sad that this is what xbox has become.

Let's flip that around, that means that 21 games that were shown, the majority, are not coming to xbox.
Hey, don't take this comment the wrong way, I like the game a lot and I'm excited for the sequel.
But I feel like the game is "rated" pretty well, it's got quite a cult following, there was even a Dragons Dogma Online which didn't get ported to the West but you could play it, it even got fan language patches for a while. And they made a PS4 remake version too.
This looks really good, been waiting for this game for a really long time.
I hope people buy it because games like this with big budgets are really rare.
Be fair, everything they showed was coming out this year or next year.
