Thing is gaming world has some art part in it and ignoring it would lead to Xbox’s today situation. Gaming world ain’t gas world. Japan studio released a lot of unique games, they didn’t contribute directly as much as call of duty and fifa royalties but Japan studio games made PlayStation unique and gave it differentiation and some reason why to pick PlayStation over other consoles.

Wii U sold very badly.
For example Mario Kart 8 sold 8 times more on switch than Wii U. Also Switch is not backwards compatible with Wii U.
In ps5 case often it’s pointless, most ps4 games are playable on ps5 and most of the games they decide to remaster already looks fantastic on ps4.
