Nobody cares about the game awards. Would be a waste to have reveals during that embarrassment of a production.
Do you really blame them though? HDR is such a mess in Windows 10 right now. Microsoft really screwed up the implementation.
I am not expecting Ori to be this year, but if it is, easily my most anticipated game. First game was pure gameplay bliss.
Zelda.. and it isn't even close.
Are they really telling you that though? This DLC and the DLC in spring are both supposed to be minor expansions. Next fall will be the first big expansion. Destiny is a very advanced game. The graphics, physics and AI aren't something that can just be thrown together. They are working as fast as they can.
Does Diablo really have more longevity? Don't get me wrong one of my favorite series of all time but I don't play it as much as Destiny. One of the reasons is that they don't have complex game types like raids. Can only do rifts for so long.
As in Microtransactions? No, but you will need to buy the DLC if you want to keep up with the game as it expands.
Destiny 1 is definitely awesome but I prefer Destiny 2. Mostly due to the gameplay. Destiny 1 had great gunplay but the engine had some weird quirks. The sprint cooldown being the most annoying but also the missing perks we got with Destiny 2 in the Rifts, Barricades, Dodge etc. Also love the team work aspects of the Barricades and Rifts. Just took that coop play to another level.
Probably a long time. As much as everyone likes to complain, there is no better coop shooter available to play. The Division was supposed to be that game, but the gameplay wasn't within a million miles of Destiny. Mass Effect 3 was hoped to be.. but same situation. Anthem will be the next game to hopefully take Bungie off that pedestal but we will see. Disappointment isn't the same thing as not liking something. Most of the audience, enjoys Destiny, they just want it to be more.
What exactly is it you think is locked behind a paywall? Because so far I haven't found a single item to be locked behind the make believe paywall.
Two new strikes, two new PVP maps, a new raid lair, new gear to earn across all vendors, new exotics to earn, new ornaments to earn, new emotes to earn, new Shaders to collect, new ghost shells with new perks, forge weapons to earn, new story missions for Meditations, new Heroic Adventures for Infinite Forest to earn gear and chance at exotic chests as well as mats for Forge. It's ok to not like it but the flat out dishonesty regarding the content is getting pretty humorous. We get it you...
Agreed. Having a lot of fun with it so far. When I first heard about the Raid Lair I was a bit disappointing it wouldn't be a full Raid but now that I have actually gone through it, I am very impressed. It is the best boss arena Destiny has ever created. Worth the price of admission alone. And Laser Tag week will go down in Destiny Lore haha. The Infinite Forest was exactly what I was expecting. The heroics will be a fun diversion every week. More to do is always good.
Depends on how much of a boost we get in applications that take advantage of those CUDA Cores. For example, if Blender renders get decreased by a substantial amount of time, it is well worth it to a lot of users.
It's not aimed at the gaming community. This is all about those CUDA Cores for creating content, not playing. Nice bonus it is awesome at gaming though too.
Upped = higher.. For the mentally impaired. Which gives us a reason to do it so we can infuse and level our gear..
So far I like all the Forge Weapons. The Scout and Hand Cannon in particular. The perks aren't horrible. Fast reload on the scout is awesome, lightweight on the hand cannon is so welcome. I enjoyed the story. It wasn't really about saving Osiris, it was learning about what he was up to, or more so the Vex. But I wouldn't expect someone with limited...
Second game I have seen that they recommend playing the PS4 Pro version at 1080p.. Ouch. Sony really needs to step up their game.
So far I have enjoyed it. The grind is back with the Forge which was what we all wanted. The grind will be doubled tomorrow with Masterwork weapons. They upped the rewards for the Leviathan Raid so we still have reasons to do it which is very welcome after what happened with Vault of Glass in Destiny 1. They added possibly the best boss encounter ever in Destiny with Argos. Infinite Forest is fun for the 3 times a week we will be doing it. Campaign was short but sweet and also not over as we ...
I guess. I already have over 100 hours into it. More than I get out of most 60 dollars games in total by a large margin. And definitely more than I get out of most DLC. The standard for Destiny is so much higher than any other game, especially any other FPS it is kind of comical.
It's not his lore, it is Bungie's. But yeah, he does an awesome job talking about and explaining it all
Article basically boiled down to him saying they are still trying to make the engine work. Not a great sign.
