If you don't want to click. Kingdom Hearts, Crackdown, Shenmue and Red Dead Redemption are the games.
Both PC and Xbox. The demo's are amazing. But in the games and movies that supposedly support it, I couldn't really tell compared to just regular Dolby 7.1 on the headphones. Also weird with headphones since you have to set them to stereo for the Atmos to work.
It's not locked. You get bright dust by playing the game. But yeah the grind is real.
If it is 50% complete and they have been working on it for 3 years, it will probably be 2020. Which is fine I suppose.
I have only tried the headphones implementation of Atmos which isn't really Atmos I suppose. It was pretty hit and miss. The demo sounded amazing but the games and movies I tried I couldn't really tell a difference. Would love to try it on an actual Dolby Atmos hardware setup though.
No HDR is such a big deal for people who have HDR setups. Right now X is the place to play in my opinion. The HDR looks amazing. Still lose out on all the PP from PC but it is worth the trade off to see the game in it's full dynamic range of colors.
Texture resolution is very real. And the higher the resolution of the texture the more detailed it will look. Textures aren't made in the same aspect ratio's of TV's though, they are square. But 4k games do demand textures made for 4k if you want it to look its best.
Damn shame PC isn't getting HDR. I re-bought it on the X. And yes HDR is that big of a deal. We are buying really nice TV's with this feature, and it looks amazing. Very disappointing in this decision for the PC version. That said, it looks and plays amazing on the X, nice job on the update.
Yeah, I mean it was a great game but hardly underrated. It got the praise it deserved.
This is true, HDR on Windows 10 is a mess right now. But it is still possible so at least give us the option
Who said Snoke was more powerful than Sidious? He wasn't even Sith. He was pretending to be a Sith just as much as Kylo was pretending to be Vader. Snoke took advantage of a young man looking for a teacher and father after being betrayed by his family. Kylo's story really is a tragedy, you can easily see from his point of view how everyone in the story besides Rey has failed him. And while Snoke played an important role in showing why Ben became Kylo, his death is also important for t...
Strongly disagree. Kylo killing Snoke is absolutely pivotal to his character development, this isn't the same story over again. Kylo is a revelation in the Star Wars universe. The Anakin we deserve. Kylo changing and growing past his Vader obsession is part of his development. It is called great writing.
And how was Luke's legacy butchered? Luke was fantastic in Last Jedi.
As for Rey's parents, I don't get it. Are people just mad that their t...
I would say Last Jedi succeeds where every Star Wars story has failed. We finally have a well written villain.
Well damn. Looks like Xbox One X is the best place to play Witcher 3. Big win for them. HDR in that game is huge. Such a shame they are leaving out PC. I feel betrayed to be honest. Bought the game and all DLC on PC. I don't get this decision.
@boing1: Actually AC Origins originally said it would get HDR on PC. It was just missing and took longer. In this case they are saying it will not period : (
Personally I love Diablo 3. One of my most played games this generation. Overwatch isn't really my cup of tea, but it is the best of the genre. Blizzard tends to make addictively fun games.
unoptimized does not mean it is a bad game. Game is brilliant. It just has some performance issues. A lot of the best games in gaming history had performance spikes.
Not sure, it definitely won't have all those post processing effects available on PC. But I would take HDR over those : (
They are probably trying to capture that PS4 Pro audience
All the free events are based on Eververse. Although you don't need to spend real money to get the items. However, I do wish they would have had SLR racing. The snowballs are fun and Mayhem is fun but I feel like Mayhem should just be a part of the game regardless.
