""Closed Beta"" sorry.
I am taking a break from Destiny 2. I will be back though. It isn't that I don't like the game, I love it, just it needs more content. I will be back when that happens and am excited for its future but for now Monster Hunter in the immediate future and Sea of Thieves for the near future will keep me happy until it happens
The server issues after the first few days were quite bad. I don't think they expected the turnout they got. Twitch really blew that open beta up. I think come launch they should be fine and be scaled appropriately.
The popular games right now are Fortnite, PUBG and Monster Hunter which are all on Xbox. Who cares if they are exclusive if those are the games people want to play. If you are a streamer, those are the games with the top audiences. If you are making youtube videos those games will get the most hits.
I had no idea you could even do this. I feel like such a noob in this game haha.
How do you join a friend in an Expedition? We tried using the SOS but when we go to find SOS signals we don't see each other? We have no issues with quests, just Expeditions.
I use the NVIDIA Remote play at home when I am away from the office or TV. It works quite well. Although it is on a local network and not over the internet. Still not preferred though by any means. Looking at 1080p and 60fps vs 1080p and 120fps or better.
To be fair all those empty stations and worlds were largely because it was a closed beta. None of those stations will be empty on launch and the world's will have animals etc once those factions are live.
All games are more fun with friends but yeah, Sea of Thieves is definitely more fun with friends. Although we spent most of the time in the beta in a group of 3 and the random was always a welcome addition. Even with just the controller chat menu.
I would say that GamePass would be that second advantage over Steam if they can built a big enough catalog.
As a platform they already have a monopoly on PC gaming. Nobody is gaming on MAC or Linux. Or at least not enough people to care about.
Steam already is part of Windows 10 though.
Charge Blade is the one being talked about as broken right now. Broken as in it is too powerful. Although it does take skill to use. But I would say as far as DPS it is the End All.
4k Movies are much bigger than the average game in size. Sorry. But it is true
When looking at it through the GamePass lens, I think EA is the only one that really makes sense. I still don't think it is possible but that is a big library of games to add to GamePass as well as future games. And the Sports license in particular. Basically it would merge EA Access and GamePass but without the EA Access release time restrictions.
I don't really see where Steam would help with GamePass. Steam's library is huge, but they aren't first party g...
It took me so long to get this one the first time. I should have looked at a guide haha. Once you know how it isn't too bad but man I was doing it so wrong.
Very doubtful. Not like nobody is making games for PC because the Steam doesn't have physical releases. I personally do not know a single person who buys any media content in a physical form. Not a single person. Times have changes, Microsoft is changing with them
I don't think Physical Distribution will ever go away. There just wont' be enough Demand of it to validate retail chains. You can still buy physical music CD's. You can still buy DVD's. There just aren't retail stores focused on those items. Most people buy them on Amazon and have them shipped.
Or the Xbox version for the better online services. What's the use of having friends when the network doesn't work lol
Who cares if it sold more? Besides you, I mean
