Millions of people bought it because they loved the games. Not because they thought the console was worth buying. It isn't competitive with other consoles at all when it comes to performance. It is a shame they are holding their own games back
You just risk people getting bored of it. It becomes old news by the time it releases.
Yeah, but Titanfall isn't on Steam. It is on that crappy Origin service
That is fine. But please put it on Steam.
I don't hate Nintendo, not at all. In fact I love Zelda more than about any series. I just hate their crap consoles. If Nintendo would release games on systems with decent performance I would happily buy many of their games.
No, games definitely need to be patched. HDR is meant to display HDR art. Unless the art was originally intended for HDR you won't get any different results.
Nah, not begging. If they don't release it on PC that is fine, I just won't buy it. Not buying that gimmick box for 3 games.
If they would release it on PC I would pay 60 dollars for it.
From what I understand, DX12 is meant to take advantage of parallel computing but NVIDIA graphics cards are not. They are designed with dx11 in mind and no shared graphics memory with the CPU. With most pc games still on dx11 I think this makes sense as a target. But hopefully the next gen of NVIDIA cards will focus more on shared computing to take advantage of all the extra resources it allows.
Because the gaming industry hyped it up to the only game you would ever need.
In VR having the head as a static camera actually is nice. It keeps the sickness down while still being pretty cool. Chronos which is the only really good VR game uses this technique too.
I played it on both PC and X1 and it is pretty bad. PC version has no load time issues but still just not a good game. The core gameplay is fun, but it isn't deep enough to last a full game. And the terrible Enemy AI, baron world and amateur presentation make it feel like an unfinished product
Scorpio is interesting, but them releasing their games on PC is more important in the big picture. Consoles today are just watered down PC's. Eventually all gamers will wake up and just get a PC. And I would not be surprised if Scorpio isn't a MS branded PC that can also run Steam, Blizzard, Origin games etc. I wouldn't buy it as I prefer to build my own, but would be a great gateway to the Console gamers who might be afraid to make that step.
I think it will depend on the game. You can run VR games on a cell phone.
That would be very nice. Last of Us in 60fps was brilliant.
Haha, this is awesome!
It is indeed. Not the same level of disappointment that is No Man's Sky. But a bad game all the same.
They already had that with Sterling Treasure sort of. Had vanguard, crucible, house boosters
Load times don't bother me, but the terrible enemy AI and lack of polish do. It just feels very unfinished. I don't know. I am not liking it very much.
Hard to review until we see the Raid which is the most important part of the game! But I really enjoyed the campaign. Nowhere close to as much content or as hard as The Taken King but it was still fun. The mountain climbing at the new social space gets a 10 out of 10 haha. So much fun!
