Love the premise but this game made me so sick. Sickest I have ever felt in VR. Be warned haha
Division was fun, but the end game was awful. Don't regret buying it but it could have been so much better. I am only about 3 hours into Uncharted, but I will come back to it once I get tired of Destiny and Diablo.
Same day the Ultimate Preorder is playable.. cannot wait!
It looks awesome. I am excited
Yeah, as much as I love my character. I want Destiny 2 to be a fresh start. Make new characters, and level them all the way through.
Xbox Live is the main reason. Until very recently very few games on PC were integrated with Xbox Live. Even now there are only a few. Forza and Gears are the first true multiplayer cross play games. Most of my friends are on Xbox Live. The other reason is that I still use my xbox for most of my media purposes. HBOGO, Netflix etc work great on the PC but none of them work with a controller yet.
This is all personal preference, but the main reason I play X1 and PC more than PS4. Is that Xbox Live is a better online experience and I like the X1 controller better. I also prefer the Xbox One for media purposes and being able to have everything on one box is appealing.
I do still play my PS4. I loved Bloodborne and spent countless hours playing it. But outside of Bloodborne there hasn't really been a PS4 game that has kept my attention that isn't on either PC ...
Exactly. And it does change. The new raid is the driving force of gearing up and grinding. And the new raid is incredibly fun.
"asks why players keep grinding away on a game that never changes."
Same reason I play all games. It is fun to play.
Then why do you keep putting in lots of hours?
Edit: Dude, you just said you just put in tons of hours into the dlc after they all disappointed you. I don't get it. I was asking a legit question. Sorry if it makes you uncomfortable to explain yourself.
New Raid, new Strikes, new Multiplayer mode, new Maps, new Weapons, new Artifacts, new Record Book, new Armor Sets, new Patrol Area, new Forge in addition to added story and campaign is what I think you meant to say.
Edit: why downvotes? Did I say one thing that wasn't a fact haha.
@DoucheBag: I don't think you understand what the word objectivity means. Or what a fact is for that matter.
Chronos is my favorite. Not much of a showcase for VR, but just a great game period.
My second favorite VR game so far! So much fun
I play PC and X1 both about the same amount of time. But I prefer PC for gaming if possible. As for gaming on your couch, that is definitely possible. Steam Big Picture makes the PC work just like a Console. It even has filters to only show games with full controller support etc.
I have both the Vive and Rift. Saying Vive is better is highly subjective. Rift has access to all Steam games as well as the Rift catalog. The room scale is the selling point of the Vive but if you are more interested in controller based games you will not care about that.
As for sales. No VR titles are selling well on any platform at this point mostly due to all the games sucking haha. Seriously, Chronos is the only game that is legit and it isn't really a showcase for...
Good article. I could not care less what Palmer does with his money. The developers and engineers at oculus are the ones pushing VR forward. Much more concerned about them fixing God Rays while keeping a higher resolution than I am about some PR mouth piece.
I am not seeing any dips but I am using a 6 core processor. Titan X with a 4770k. Game is beautiful!
This better be true! Please
The quality of all of them is an issue. VR still has a long way to go before it will be ideal. God Rays and Low Resolution especially are hindering it right now.
Edit: Anyone who says resolution isn't an issue with VR right now is probably legally blind.
@WeAreLegion: It isn't just the screen door effect. It is the lack luster graphics in general. But yes, of course you can play games on it. Although at this point none of the games are very good....
Good game, but it could have been great if it wasn't for that awful camera.
