And that's what some people need to realize.
Not every game is built to fit everyone's taste. If you don't like what a game does, then maybe it isn't for you, but there are plenty of people that enjoy it for what it is.
That's where we differ. I found games like Fallout 3 boring. They're harder to replay.
If I can stop at anytime deviate from the main goal and not do anything of significance in a game, to me, the pace is lost and it doesn't feel as engaging.
In my opinion, of course.
Not exactly "touched up". But yeah SOME of the cutscenes are videos.
If they can get cutscenes to look even better, then why not do it. Right?
Since these cutscenes do not require any player input, they can get better visuals(like lighting) from a scene with increased character focus using the same in-game character models and engine used on the PS3.
It still looks fantastic. These are from the multiplayer, for example:

Either PCs "outperform and destroy consoles" or the don't because "consoles are holding PC back". Which is it?
Anyway, I think you should should re-read TheOneYouHate's comment because you missed his point and then take a look at 'frostypants' comment.
It's up to your developers, not ours.
It's only 1 review out of many other good ones.
These were taken from the multiplayer(replay?):

Definitely looks better than Uncharted 2. Not "just as good".
Dude, quit it. People are not bitching about "perfection". You're in every article about this subject repeating the same thing. The game doesn't have to get a 10.
And no one here is calling it a "controversy", it's the media.
It was the overall tone of the article. Focusing on what the game doesn't do instead of what it does.
I already said the rest here:

Hope it comes out at some point.
That's how the Eurogamer review felt, lol.
He's done it for other major titles like Gears 3 as well.
It's like people are not allowed to voice what they like or dislike around here unless they're complete neutral tighta**es.
[on topic]
I've read it and all(most) of the negative points brought up were vague and overblown.
What exactly does "taking away too much control" mean? To do what? Free roam? There's not point.
It could work if the game took place in one big map. But it doesn't. The game takes the charac...
First-person shooters? Or all shooters period?
What if I have an Arcade Xbox 360 with no HDD?
I thought a 360 disc would have enough space to hold HD textures.

And neither are reviewers.
I'm making a point that testers have more experience with a game than reviewers do.
I don't buy every game that I play. You may be on a budget, but it doesn't make you any better with your money than I am.
Uncharted is a game with great replayability and unlockables. I probably have replayed UC2 about 6 or 7 times.
An open-world game that takes 80 hours to complete seems boring to replay more than once or twice. You'll almost never finish the second(or third) playthrough, as it takes a forever.
It would be like watching y...
Ignorant? I am aware of what the article says.
My first comment ended with "/s" which means sarcasm. Poking fun at the title.
My second statement draws from a history of PC games claimed as 360 exclusive on consoles, but turning up on PS3 just months later.
A game that's "console exclusive" would not be on PC.
So it's still the wrong description.

So it's the wrong description still.
Does that mean the PC version never exited?

Just like Mass Effect and BioShock huh, lol.
Are you talking about multiplatform games developed with 360 as the lead therefore the PS3 version not being equally optimized?
I hope I don't have to explain common sense to you.
Umm no.
