This isn't a problem with digital. Its a problem with the console industry and Sony. On the PC and mobile platforms digital rights are retained when you move to a new PC or mobile device.
Starwars Battlefront is coming out. Anything before or after that is irrelevant.
Not sure about power but the money made from tablet games are insane. There are shitty free to play strategy games that you never heard of which generated over 800 million in revenue last year.
Thats right, games like Clash of Clans made almost a billion dollars last year. Thats not counting the entire genre of tablet games. Thats money made from one game.
This is basically the hypocrisy of gaming morality in a nut shell. While Hardline get flak for it's "police work" and sexy girls on Twitch get flak for showing some cleverage. You can stream the murder of dozen of innocents and prostitute giving blow jobs in GTA 5 without a single protest.
Aside from the Parkour, this is the primary distinction between Dying Light and Dead Island. Frannkly it's brilliant.
In some zombie games it's about clearing and eliminating the threat. Dead Island was completely about craving a bloody path through the zombie hordes. In Dying Light the excellent mix of zombie types will eventually overwhelm you if you stay on the ground. No matter how well equipped and powerfull your character is, your control of the ground is only ...
Thats not a lot right fanboys? You gotta own one to support your idol.
I wasn't talking about Dragon Dogma for crying out loud, look at the freaking title on this article. And a ton of coop MMOs are pay to win. See Neverwinter.
Not excited for either of these games because of Capcom and microstran. Considering their financial state Capcom will monetize the heck outta these games. Let this sentence sink in a minute...free to play Dark Souls clone. Now imagine all the ways which Capcom can rape your wallet and how easily this game can slide into pay to win.
Thanks, but no thanks.
VR is taking it's sweet time. Whats taking so long.
Crap like this is why N4G is the trash bin of the gaming world. I mean just look at this video. This isn't a guide. It's a clip of an idiot failing badly at doing a mission. There isn't anything in this video that would constitute as a guide.
Wait, they only started development now? This is very un-EA like of them.
Why even bother. As the PS4 fanboys will tell you, resolution is important, and the PS4 can't even do 1080p in BF.
You have got to be kidding me. This game is an early GOTY. It's just not a zombie game, it's the best zombie game of it's kind and innovative as hell.
I'm tired of all the low scores from idiots reviewers. They simply don't get it. This isn't The Last of Us with linear gameplay and a story on rails. It's about throwing you into a massive zombie theme park and let you experience all hell breaking lose. In that regards the gameplay and mechanics is ...
Lead character artist said that his work is subpar...said by no one ever. Oh, and artist mentioned that games with CGI quality will be on the PC, not the PS4.
Telltale need to slow the fuck down. They're cranking out a ton of games and milking the crap outta this tired old engine when they should be investing in new tech to aid their story telling.
Oh, and this episodic bullshit have got to stop. It's bad for the flow of the game.
Deleting games from my HD? WTF, are you from 2001? I have a 170 games in my Steam library and the thought of deleting them to save space never crossed my mind. Why? Because it's 2015 and storage space is cheap, and the concept of "saving" is moronic because it makes so much more sense to "add".
I didnt' realize that owning a PS4 would push me back to the stone age where storage is at a premium and peasants goes around deleting games to save space. ...
So he randomly shot down a copter? That's weak as hell. Youtube is full of videos of people downing copters and jets with an aimed shot.
Thanks for proving you have no idea wtf you're talking about. There's only been 1 patch and the only shocking thing about the performance is the silky smooth 60+ FPS at 1440p.
The problem with the Alpha is it's custom graphics solution, rendering the machine un-upgradeable. This is too console like for me and it's a deal breaker.
I'm not a fan their reskined resolution bumps, but $20 is competitively priced. If they're asking $35-40 for this then it'll be a different a story.
