Game looks disgusting on every platform.

Pass.

What's that? Sony is the only company that cares about their customers enough to lose millions of dollars and still provide the best gaming and media solution to date? Yeh, that's what I thought.

I didn't realise anyone had actually played inFAMOUS 2 yet. But you guys must have if you already know old Cole is better.

Who says the game is intended to sell hardware? Maybe it's just meant to sell software. There is already a market that will buy this title and that's the people that purchased Killzone 2.

No offense but I haven't seen anything you've predicted come true yet so.. I'm not holding my breath.

The visual style of daylight gameplay has a very Half Life 2 look to it.

You're definitely right. We are yet to see just how Alan Wake performs. In a game with a lot of darkness there is room to hide bad textures. Besides, we don't even know how steady the framerate is.

It's no surprise nor is it impressing that Halo Reach looks better than Halo 3 since Halo 3 was sub-par visually at it's release let alone now. It looks like a turd.

Problem is by the time Halo Reach hits that Alan Wake will be out and once again Halo will have sub-par graphics.

Multi-platform engines didn't do the PS3 justice. The PS3 had to suffer time after time because developers were porting titles from 360 to PS3 knowing the PS3 had a much different architecture to the 360.

So by admitting that multi-platform engines didn't do the 360 justice either, you're admitting that the 360 initially held back the progress of both the 360 and PS3 and is only just hitting its stride now?

Maybe if Microsoft actually had some first party developer...

Your welcome 360 ;)

It will look better at release, but they're already making claims they've hit the PS3's graphical ceiling. Which is funny because they also claimed that the game will look identical on both PS3 and 360. Now not to start a flame war but everyone knows that the PS3 is capable of greater graphics than the 360. So how is it they've hit the graphical ceiling and made the game look identical on both consoles?

Crytek are good, but they're not that good.

It's a piece of trash, yay Crytek!

Apple. Single-handedly killing hardcore gaming.

Couldn't stop laughing! I love Kevin Butler! This is by far the best marketing Sony has ever done.

Well played Mauer :\

I don't own a 360 but I think this game looks amazing. The facial animations could've been better but the lighting is spectacular. Hopefully the story and gameplay drive this baby home.

It's times like these I wish I had a 360, but it's a little late to buy one now for just one game :(

/fingers crossed for PC version atleast.

Is it normal to not specify the platform it is being developed for?

Could this be because it's an exclusive or a hand-held title?
