I just wont work in my opinion
Don't expect much difference in character models between the pre alpha and final product. I think the rest of the work will be putting the final textures in to the environment. The beta will probably not look this good. I can't wait to see the water though, bungie always does a good job on that.

Halo is the best competitive fps on console. Once you get over the learning curve, I swear its the best game. Its like playing a sport, so much skill and team work is required to win. I think most people who don't like halo just are not good at it and give up.
Equipment was a terrible addition, they should have left it out of online. The br spread was also terrible. Make the battle rifle more accurate and a little less unpredictable and I will be happy. They should just forget about customizable armor
All you guys think bungie is competing to make their game have better graphics then kill zone or whatever. They are in their own world over at that studio, they dont give a poo about kill zone. They are just focusing on their game. They know what they doing, and reach will at least be great if not amazing.

you are right I should have thought about it. The funny thing is the last time I was on this site was before the release of halo 3 to get all the latest stuff on it. And getting annoyed at people for the reasons I am now.
All bungie said was that it would be a 2:30 minute cut from the opening scene in the game.
For a console fps halo has the best online community, yes I will make that claim. There is so much stuff you can do with halo online with a bunch of friends, it just does not get old. So well all you guys are inspecting polygon counts or whatever to decide which game is the best, I will be playing H3 online eagerly awaiting the reach beta :)
No game plays like halo. You might like it or you might not. If you do you still are going to want to play the next one. Is this hard to understand?
halo is all about the online for me, could not care less for the story.
ALL of these screens were taken in game using theater. it does look like that. If it had all that blur, how could you see anyone when you play online?!?! But seriouly i thought the graphics were very good, most people who hate on them havent played halo 3 for enough time to notice some amazing texture work and effects. I think the 8th level, when your fighting all the zombies, looked amazing. Allthough it was the hardest (and my least favorite) to play.

I have Vista and im liking the fact that i have yet to detect any spyware on it yet :) and well most programs work on it know adays. But i love th programs that Macs come with like garage band, i like how stuff you dl on limewire goes right into your itunes. I would rather just have both :(

I play one game, halo 2 on my original xbox. as of april 15 they are killing it. I still pay for live. They make it next to impossible to take your credit card off of your account. I am currently trying to fix my 360 on my own because my warenty is over. wow
