Bet the Internet would explode if Sony announced PSVR at same price point.
My must buys.
Uncharted 4
Horizon
Detroit
GT Sport
No mans sky and the last guardian I'm a little skeptical about still.
Out of 35m consoles I could see ~2m buying into PSVR right off the bat. Question is will it have the legs to keep selling or will sales fall off a cliff after the initial hyped hardcore gamers buy it?
I don't want to Vita any names but if the sales aren't there for long run we will surely see how much support the peripheral will get. Sure the tech is nice but with the prices thrown around lately it's a most certainly wait and see purchase for me.

Isn't that the backdrop to Tom Clancy's The Division? Facebook goes down and society collapses and people have to travel through the "Dead Zone" which is really MySpace? Or am I thinking of The Last of Us 2.
I read your comment so fast that my lack of interest in NFS2015 clicked in and my brain processed you choosing between rock band or driving a lambo that you sold your Porsche for. IRL I know it wouldn't be a hard choice for me lol
Yeah, can't believe they are going down this path again. if they had made WiiU powerful enough to run with the ps4 and X1 with the 3rd party games in sure I would still own one. The tablet controller was much better at remote play in the home and had all the buttons needed to play. Such a waste.
I have faith in them. I mean so far their new IPs have been pretty well received and the returning IPs have been pretty good as well. The real question is will they keep supporting the system to the end. But so far I'm actually excited to own the X1. 2016 seem to be the year of new exclusives/new IP in general coming from both camps and its gonna be a good year unless most games get pushed back.
Im not a girl gamer but I'm all for it. So long as they all aren't used as sex symbols.
If you say anything negative about VR you will get down voted to oblivion. You can't take the blinders off these people. I'm sure VR is a great experience I just don't see it becoming mainstream enough for it to take off. I think as more and more people try it they will see how awesome it is and word of mouth will spread. Then people will impulse buy the thing and after using it a few times it will just collect dust once the WOW factor dies off and conventional gaming will resume....
Lol. That and fallout for me
Agreed, PC was a huge disappointment.
Yeah what's up with that? The ps4 section is about the initial shelf space ps vita had. While Xbox one shares a whole wall with 360. Every time I've been in the I hear the employees telling their customers that the Xbox one has more going for it and is the console to get without ever explaining why.
I have a Xbox one and ps4 but it's aggravating browsing the Xbox section then going to the ps4 and having to cock my head sideways to look at games stood up on their s...
Oh ok I gotcha. I'll drink to that!
Not going to happen. Any future handhelds needs to have cell phone functionality to survive in 2016+.
Nintedo has scraped by because of their appeal to young children and iconic IPs. But even their next handheld I don't see doing even 3ds numbers. Parents are upgrading cell phones so often that it would be easier for them to just hand their kids their old iPhone 5s or galaxy S4 to play games in a car ride. Especially with rumors of Nintendo IP going mobile is some way or ...
I'll agree to the first part of your comment. The latter I do not want to see x1 go back to the DRM box it 1st started out to be.
Xbox one has come a long way from 2013 that's for sure. I have both and probably play them about the same. I recently upgraded to the 1tb forza edition. I tend to get my online multiplayer games on X1 to play with my friends on Xbox live and play single player RPGs on the ps4 for power advantage.
Plus I'll get all exclusives, timed or not.
Ha-ha, I got burned with Vita. They can keep their PSVR. I'll wait a few years and wait for the initial hype train sales to die to see where VR really stands. I love my PlayStation consoles but Sony is quick to dump on their peripherals.
I just hope the keep resources pumping out great mainstream games and not doubling down on VR.
Or maybe Sony wants to add ps2 games in the PS+ sub service. I'm sure it's cheaper to give away some ps2 games away than pay the publishers.
Prime reason I do not trust a all digital future. These games have been long gone from store shelves. If they really wanted brownie points they would offer them free for people who own the disc or had bought digitally on PS3.
For the people who wanted to play these old games again but no longer own them should be able to buy them ranging from $1-$5.
These games have had their time and made their money. This is a lame attempt to counter MS BC and it will rip off fans...
