What's holding you back from Hyrule Warriors?
Sportsfriends was meh. Fun for the context it was made for, absolutely mad that they've added it to Plus because nobody is going to get it and it's just going to cause drama.
Velocity 2X I can't talk specifics about, but anybody that doesn't try it because "I H8 INDIES" is going to miss out on something special.
If you think Velocity 2X is mediocre, I feel sorry for you.
EDIT: The rest isn't fantastic, especially for people that buy games often.

It didn't work for me. I'm seeing other reports of it not working. Maybe there's something happening on their end?
Seems like people are saying it isn't getting to the launcher, although I haven't tried it myself.
I can only speak for Metro, but I know other people are having trouble elsewhere, with both digital and physical versions of games.
Because of the lack of information given - it was literally just a black screen for me - it'd be easy for someone to try something silly like deleting 15GB of game in the hopes that re-downloading after the attacks fixes the issue. Obviously that's not necessary.

The majority of it is absolutely inconsequential. 95% of that wordpress blog is right out of Jeremy Kyle.
The thing that needs to be learnt from this, the key point that those defending Quinn are ignoring, is that if you live your life on social media, if you make your career on acting the victim, you can't turn it off when it suddenly people aren't as keen on you.

Five times a session is unacceptable, even by broken game standards. Have you emailed EA support? Maybe they can send you out a new disk or offer you something else?
The new dungeons are apparently a treat if you enjoy a challenge.
Adam has written fairly extensively about where Nintendo has gone wrong with the Wii U, and it pretty much lines up with what you've said.
But he also tries to give credit where it's due, and that's something that the Wii U isn't getting a lot of right now. People are dismissing it based on memes and offhand comments, regardless of actual positives and negatives, much like the same sort of people were doing with the PS3 back in 2007.

To be fair, 7 and 8 both reviewed far better than 6 did, and the new way they handle the story has opened up the franchise for a whole group of people.
Hyrule Warriors IS just another Dynasty Warriors game though. That's what's so awesome about it, man!
