I love BS keypoints desperately seeking validity. Face it. Some "game jounalists" just blow. I have not visited IGN's self-appointed all-knowing game site in over a decade. Tried to play this. It just ended up reminding me of every game I had already played in the last couple generations...got bored real quick. No intention to ever go back regardless of new bells and whistles.
Sounds more like most people go shopping without a spine or don't stand up for themselves, don't know how to communicate with others (the store employees or higher ups) or just make bad purchases. Been shopping at ebgames/gamestop software etc. etc. for well over 20 years now (considering mergers etc), never once encountered the drama I hear all the time.
