Games were designed as 'temporary departure'. These days some people spend more time gaming than they spend at their jobs. I don't know how you get anything productive done when you spend that much time grinding (but hey, some consumers have been asking for this over and over again for years). For the hours someone spends grinding on the same game, I have enjoyed several and still enjoyed a personal life and other crazy activities I take part in.
