What standards did GOW set? It was influenced and standardized by its predecessor with current gen tech and gameplay regurgitated from several genres. While GOW4 offered new a Play style, scale, locations and story all new for GOW; GOW4 was NOT offering anything new for gaming and hardly worthy of being held higher regard than the majority of the AAA sandbox games this gen.

No one ever said CRTs cannot be impressive. This is not some new discovery as more overlooked and forgotten facts. Cheaper and more efficient tech wins (that would be new).
