With the fall lineup PS3 sales could double. And with the so far limited games, sales would get huge for big titles. Just look at RFOM. 2 Million sold on 3.5million systems. RFOM was good but no where near what we will see the fall.
Halo is not the big system seller like Gear of War was. Most of the Halo fans already own a 360.
We pay more because taxes are added.
Denmark being the priciest with 25% taxes on all imports.
A PS3 costs $900 in Denmark.

My god Sony Computer Entertainment is just pure quality.
This is exactly why I love my PS3 more than my 360.
The first party titles are out of this world. Of course there are good games from the other publishers, but damn that's where the goodies are.
Buying close to every one of them.
I strongly recommend grabbing the update for Motor-storm. Believe it or not it great fun to race against 7 ghosts that you created yourself. It's like knowing every move your opponents will make in the race.
Plus I shaves you times big time.

Actually HD-DVD started very well compared to blu-ray.

Well the problem for the 360 is that Europe is the place with the money at the moment. So the European marked could become the most important in this war.

Ive been playing Gears of War since release and its still my game of choice on the 360.
Why do we always have to look a US numbers.

I'm personally on my 3rd so its no higher than 3-5% some of us has the worst luck ever.
My guess the failure rate is about 30-35% on consoles more than a year old.

Why do you call it a piece of junk. It's one of the best handheld consoles to date. And it is doing good these days.
The thing about Sony's console products is they never start of with a bang. The grow over time and with price cuts and great software they end on top.
That's the way it has been the last 10 years. And the future is looking the same.
