"I think that if today the difference between xbox360 and ps3 is slim, you must expect a real technical jump in the coming years. Sony has engineered a wonderful console; let’s just tell you i love it"

I like where this is going. I'm sure that we will see games looking better than we thought were possible in this Gen in the coming years.

Looks like a simulation compared with Tony Hawk.
I think Tony is in for a hard battle with this one.

You obviously didn't get my little joke.

My statement was just as ridicules as when Xbox users say the Xbox failure rates aren't high because their launch consoles still work.

My Launch PS3 is still working so this is 100% accurate.
Isn't that the way the Xboxs do it. Just reversed :)

Edit: What just happened. This story went from "PS3 failure rates are less than 1%" to "Video History of E3".

What are you talking about. MS sais that there is no problem.

Oh I feel "My launch console still works" coming on.
Of course it does. It has a 67% change that the console will live to it's second birthday. My first two didn't get to their first.

If you disagree I know it's only because I'm right. LOL.. Like a Ninja.

@power of Green. Your disagree vote doesn't count.

@Crotin

Think of it this way. The game is probably better for it.
Showing it off at E3 2005 put massive pressure on the development team. They know awesome just isn't good enough. Hopefully we will all be amazed at this E3.

This is not bad news for me. It's good to have awesome titles in the pipeline at all time. This fall is awesome. In the spring we know Metal Gear and Final Fantasy is coming. Fall 2008 gotta have some blockbusters as well.

These big titles takes so long to make. Would make no sense releasing them all to close to each other.

Everybody is buying wii until they can afford PS3's ;)

If you're there to test games or write code you don't need any writing skills. Most coders (including myself) don't write particularly well.
That being said I think there is a 50/50 change that it's true.

Sorry couldn't resist.

Ive lost bubbles as well for writing PS3 friendly comments.

I'd take SIXAXIS over Rumble any day.
But the more features the better.

I'm not getting too many multi-console games this year.
But I think will be one of the few that I will buy.
Plus of course GTA4.

Haven't played too much bullet time since good old Max Payne.

The PS3's success/failure is all because of Blu-ray.

If Sony had gone without Blu-ray they would have gotten a short term success. Who knows they might even been in the lead already.

When the added Blu-ray they made short term success impossible. They did however make sure this console could last as long as the previous models. I give it 1-1½ years tops before space becomes a huge problem for the XBOX (It's already a problem, but not a big one yet).

How can it be 1080p.
Upscaling always results in 1080i.

So the fact that GTA San Andreas sold 14 million doesn't impress you at all.

All shooters can't be system sellers. When the range is so low you aren't gonna see big system sellers. Gears of War was a big system seller.
But close to all Halo fans already own a 360. BioShock look awesome, but again it shooting for the same people as most of the 360 games.

If you compare it to the PS3 fall selection you will see system sellers. Not because the games are better, but because they don't all aim for the same group of people.

You completely misunderstand.

The extra content didn't cost $50 million to develop.
That was just the price to get them to do it. Just like when Sony or MS pay a company to make a title exclusive.

The $20 million for Killzone is however for development so far.

I actually drank coke until about 1½ years ago. Now I'm a Pepsi man. ;)
In the game world I drink (play) both.
