Why do people have a problem with this.
Most people who install Linux on their PS3 are not using the console for gaming. I never understood why Sony made this an option in the first place.
Selling a console with a $200 (at launch) loss so people could use it for it's power only.
For once Sony is doing the smart thing when it comes to hyping games.
This time they are waiting to E3 to show some of the fall releases for the first time. It's going to be their biggest E3 yet. I'm sure.
We all loved them showing KS2 in 05. But 3½ years is to long to wait. In general a game should come out max a year after it's first shown.
UC1 single player beats GoW1 single player.
GoW1 beats UC1 overall because it had a fantastic online multiplayer.
UC2 beats GoW2 in both single and online multiplayer.
I still can't stop playing UC2 online. I have my friends copy of Modern Warfare 2. I played it a couple of hours and then I had to go back for my UC2 fix. I still haven't put MW2 back in.
I'm always impressed with Epics tech demo's.
My problem is that when the games come out they do not live up to the demo at all.
Using all the power to create an environment is not possible when doing a game. So don't get your hopes up.
Come on. Of course a lot of people will not have the connection it takes. Just like a lot of people can not affort other expensive gadgets. That does not mean anything for the people who do.
If it works the people who do have the connection are in for a real treat.
I have a feeling the next surprise game is going to be Jak & Daxter.
I think Naughty Dog have split up their team in two. Remember they had UC2 ready long before the launch date. Would be awesome to see them do as Insomniac and deliver a game every year.
I can not believe Naughty Dog made this DLC region locked.
I always buy my games from the UK on ebay (40% cheaper).
But this means the DLC I can download does not match the game. (have only had this problem with UC2 and MotorStorm2)
I can not add a creditcard to my UK profile because I do not have a UK adress.
It looks amazing. AMAZING.
Im not really into this genre. But I have to play this. Looks like a big step forward yet again on the PS3.

Uncharted 2 took 18 months of development.
Killzone 3 could be a fantastic sequel by Xmas.
Both Uncharted and Killzone 2 had very long development times because they had to create the engine and all models from scratch.
I can not take this list serious.
They assume Gears Of War 3, but don't assume any of the many exclusives that probably will arrive on the PS3.
If Gears 3 is on the list I want to see Agent, Resistence 3, MotorStorm 3 and Killzone 3 added to the list as well.

Now that would be amazing. MS/MS2 are still my two favorite racers this generation.
Several people here on N4G are beta testers. I have seen many positive comments from them.
1.5 million online players.
That means 2 million who bought the game but not played online. Damn.
Best online multiplayer this generation if you ask me.
It's 3rd party exclusives.
Sony will soon be the only of the the two who really have any exclusives. 90% or the PS3 exclusives are from 1st party studios. It's the other way around on the 360.

I remember a Motorstorm 2 update over 600MB.
