You call it bitching and moaning but did you ever think that maybe the reason Americans don't pay 80$ a game is because they're so vocal? Maybe instead of complaining about other people complaining, you should do your part in being vocal about what you feel is unfair.

PS4 is a day one pickup for me, with the wii u definitely in my sights at some point. something about nintendo that will just always appeal to me.

honestly wouldnt congratulate them too fast. over the last 2 days ive been to 3 gamestops on a mission to trade/reserve my ps4, and honestly, each gamestop ive been to..almost every freaking service clerk eventually asked "ps4??? why wouldnt you get an xbox one!?!?!"

definitely agree with the second half of your statement especially. so many games have come and gone. a lot were only given a shot because there was a ton of buzz around the release. as soon as that buzz dies out though, those games are gone. waiting 5 years to finally play a game not only takes away that buzz factor, but its also REALLY HARD to get truly into a game you know is so old. even if youve never touched it before, dated software is always really hard to get into. not to mention, th...
of course thats what i mean. i would think that 'preorder' is pretty much a synonym for 'reservation' in this case. all stores only get the okay to take reserves up to a certain point, obviously. the amount of reserves sony okays for gamestop to take on ps4 is WAY MORE than the xbox one from what ive come across so far. definitely could be different depending on the store though. who knows.
so heres an interesting little tidbit: every single gamestop ive been to/called over the last 2 days has had several ps4's available for preorder, but NO xbox ones.
