Sony owns Movies/Tv/Music Studio's.This will be a major advantage when making content avalible for down load on PS3.
6 million shipped(sold to retail) is possible.PS3 has sold thru around 2million units in total in only Japan and US in less time it took X360 to hit that target.With Europe & rest of the world to launch out is possible.

You save £11 - £21 depending on pack, buying the pack than buying it individually.
Considering the HD DVD add-on is only a very basic HD DVD player it not worth it.If the add-on could be used for games had support for HDMI/DTS audio/lossless sound then it may be worth it.As it is only a HD DVD movie player it's too expensive.PS3 is a better option as its a high end Blu-ray player and Nex Gen console that supports Blu-ray for both games and movies.PS3 also supports HDMI/DTS audio/lossless audio all as standard.
Your Saying That Motion Tech has'nt improved in 8 years.....I say it has improved alot.

This news is nothing to boast about,as the X360 still sells just as crap in Japan.PS3 hardware sales still is out selling X360 3/4-1.
One gamer texted in and said he had 9 X360 consoles all with 'Red Ring Of Death'.This is a good reason to stay clear of Microsoft hardware of any kind,as the build quality sucks.
Once PS3 starts selling in Europe Nvidia will make even more.
