This game looks very nice, PS3 version will be using Blu-ray to the max. Sounds like this game is on PC & PS3 only.

The article states that 'GAME' has nearly 50% of what Sony has allocated for the UK market. The numbers sound plausable. As for the other retailers numbers they bount to be lower as they won't have as many PS3's to sell. Play, HMV, Virgin Megastores, Woolworths have all said pre-orders are higher than that of either X360 or Wii.
PS3 is pushing Blu-ray sale alot, look how many consoles are already out there in home in Japan/US and soon to be Europe. HD DVD stand no chance. Also without hollywood studio backing HD DVD dead.
This has got to be the worst review ever, the reviewer clearly does'nt know how to play the game or setup the controls. F1 you either love or hate it. On that basis this F1 game has very mixed reviews.
PS3 is making sure of that. Without Hollywood movie studio support HD DVD will never catch on.

SPE's are CPU's in there own right,they have memory,memory controller,connected to a very fast data bus(EIB),even can boot there own kernel,so they can run independantly of the PPE.

The point is X360 could't do hardware emulation as Microsoft would have to have added two graphics chipset Nvidia old Xbox and ATI X360. And at first Nvidia would'nt allow this so Microsoft wnt wit ATI. Even the X360 software emulation has it's problems cos Microsoft don't own the hardware rights to Xbox. Mart - Broadband is not affordable and faster enough yet for games that are 16Gb+ to be downloaded. Until then Blu-ray is the media format of choice.
