Devs said the same with the PS2. Yet devs percievered and made some of the best looking games on it. This guy is a lazy programmer, who would rather do an easy port PC to 360 than entertain a challege in doing a PS3 game. The guy will be left behind as he's not perpared to change his old ways.

360 hardware is way more faulty. As high as 30%. Does RROD ring a bell.lol. PS3 & Wii are under with only 0.1%.
As PS3 supports Blu-ray playback. Blu-ray is winning hand down thx to PS3 sales. Toshiba are trying to spin HD DVD sales, which is dumb as HD DVD is dead.
Also are 360 HD DVD sales included? If so then this just shows Toshiba is in denial.

It's only a matter of time now, when Blu-ray get declayed the winner. With the PS3 holiday sales/recent PS3 price cut Blu-ray will get a huge boost too an already impressive userbase.
The PS3 price drop will be a huge help for sales everwhere.
I'm an early PS3 adopter in the Uk, I don't feel cheated at all. As I got more hardware(BC inc) for a slightly higher price. Basically you get what ya pay for like anything nowadays.
Look at all the HDTV early adopter's paying £2000+ for there TV's, yet 6-12 months later we can get HDTV at £400-£1000+.
Who would by an 360 elite now in the Uk, when the PS3 40Gb is far more reliable, cost's the same £299, even the games are looking better, and PS3 comes with Blu-ray. Sony will shift millions off PS3's over Xmas period. 360 is screwed. lol.
WilliamRLBaker - The only thing that will be uncompressed on R:FOM is audio. As it has high quality 7.1 audio that takes more room as it's not compressed. Games like Dirt had 7.1 audio on PS3 as well. Which is not a bad thing. It's just a next gen thing. And something that 360 can't handle. lol.
PS3 Has sold 5.5-6 million world wide, and PS3 has not even been out a year yet. PS3 has a higher price point than 360 and less games at the moment. Yet, PS3 is selling better over the same period of time.

TheExodus - PS3 is on course to beat 360 first year sales by a mile.
Cos 1 layer is now 17Gb, 2 layer 34Gb and 3 layer 51Gb. Just it won't help against Blu-ray 100Gb as HD DVD is'nt compatible with the older 15/30Gb HD DVD disc's where Blu-ray is, as it only requires a firmware upgrade.
