Atleast Sony bother to recall. MS still hav't recalled 360 after 3 years of RROD.
How long do you think 20Gb, 60Gb or 120Gb 360's will last with full game installations, with most 360 games been 7Gb. Atleast with PS3 you have the option too buy large cheap 320Gb hard drives.

BTW this don't effect every PS3 owner, only ones using old TV sets that can't handle 60Hz.

Blu-ray is doing way better than DVD was at the same time in it life. Lazer disc ended up for movie buffs only, it's market was small.
