I have a 320Gb hard drive in my PS3.
I'll be upgrading again soon(500Gb or larger), as down to around 35Gb left.

Sony screwed over Activision regarding not allowing Sony signed bands/artists to be in guitar hero. That would certainly hit Activision hard in the wallet.
Killzone never took 5 years to make, It took around 3 years.
For starters, GG was still working on PSP version of killzone when the trailer was shown at E3. PSP Killzone released October 31 2006.
GG arn't a huge dev, so they work on one game at a time.
Piracy on the 360 is rife, imagine all the lost revenue. Most developers/publishers have gone on record and said that PS3 makes the most revenue for them.
