He seems to be implying that if you make game on PS3 it will be easy to make it run on 360 but if you make 360 game and try to make it run on PS3 it will strugle with memory/framerate problems. So 360 > PS3 according to this guy.

My take on why we get more mature responses from 360 crowd :
PS3 = lots of owners is kids with no money growing up sucking on a PS2 tit, now hoping for better future.
XBOX 360 = lots of owners is adults with expendable income buying lot's of AAA games and having the time of their life fragging buddies on LIVE :)
GRAW 2 uses YETI engine not UE3.
That is weird because stranglehold looks very good on 360 not even close to last gen.
