now to get their next-gen engine in time to DirectX 11, new cards. This do not means that they will end working on UE3. They will work on both simultaneously.

I think that Flop@Home (maybe, something like that) application is the better of all!

I do not have any problem. I'm a happy user since accessory launch.

I have used to control my PC, at the office, from my bedroom. I'm using a joystick to mouse and keyboard program that is beautifully configurable.

Nichola is used in some works.

And connectivity is a real issue. Cell have plenty of them, but in some cases there are different needs.

Some applications need lots of processing power, but the data that enters in the pipeline and the results are not proportional. Folding@Home and SETI@Home are some examples from that type of application.

The initial data, positions of atoms of a protein molecule. is only a bunch of bytes.

But they have to execute transformation of 3D position of...

GPU as a CPU. Folding@Home, per example, use all CPU and GPU resources on Folding@Home.

ATI GPU Articles:

They use RSX in PS3. Not only Cell. RSX could have a major part, or at least a considerable one, in all Folding@Home processing.

like GTA4, per example, you could buy a machine that you do not have. This could work for great games or if your preferrable machine does not will have some games for a time.

I'm a developer and my bets for the new consoles are:

- Motion sensing for all new consoles, maybe a better version with some type of Eye-Toy/Xbox Live Vision and good software to really sense movement. Could be necessary 2 cameras to sensing depth.

- All projects will be cost-oriented, but little tricks to promote a quality graphics will have to occur. Probable use of good ideas like the Xbox 360 Xenos embedded DRAM plus framebuffer logic. No more space for engi...

I have loved some lunch LAN parties in my work about 5-7 years ago. Unreal Tournament (the first version) and Starcraft: Brood Wars ruled almost them all.

I have tried Metal Fatigue (very good ideas for a RTS) and some others games too, but Unreal Tournament and Starcraft are the most played.
