Just kidding, people!
They could and should use the Xenon GPU, unless some CPU resources area idle. With the MEMEXPORT feature the GPU could write on RAM and eat that again.
I see this as a very possible and useful bullet point on game engines.
On Xbox 360 you could get your DVD drive modded or your console JTAGged. The last will give you a ban, but the first only if you do no use the tools to test you images correct.
It's only right if you think about the interface looks. The inner software layers change much more. At least twice a year.
After the new dashboard update, if you wanna use you HD console online and with pirated games, go for a PS3. It's more likely the only choice you will have for a year or so.
I totally agree with you. If our beloved market expands to 3 billion people in the next 20 years, we could have much more hardcore games, a niche on a market this big.
I hope that Wiimote, Move and Kinect help us arrive on a market with 40% of the world population.
I always like that my wife, for the first time, use the Xbox with me away. She tell me about achievements that she get and all the stuff any gamer would be proud.
with the ability to execute remote arbitrary code on demand, they could use everything, including the PSEye, network, microphones etc.
This isn't a optional thing to anyone who wants online and isn't only a antipiracy tool.
Good use to that joke ;-)
Kinect Sports is excellent. I normally do not play any sport game, but I could play Kinect Sports with my family for more than 2 hours.
This from a guy that is playing Mirror's Edge now...
Bowling is the least played by my family on 360. On the Wii, the more played by a great difference.
Volleyball and table tennis is a must. Most played by my wife and me.
If your girlfriend/spouse is a casual gamer, you do not care about her company when gaming?
That's a good thing. More gaming hours, more fun time.
Hardware is created to sell software. If:
"More significantly, in our view, the top two selling Kinect software titles outsold the top two Move titles by over 13:1."
It's probable that 5:1 (Kinect:Move) is not a bad number.
By the look on this video, it seem with a little bit of lag. Is it bad when you're playing?
I will buy a PS3 and run a "Hello World!" program when this happen. I will have sufficient money that I could buy all PS3 exclusives!

The Blu-ray are fully functional, but Sony have got a not so good job to translate and print the labels.
A faked Blu-ray doesn't work on PS3 non jailbroken consoles, but these copies worked normally.
It's not lame, fake or SPAM. Various consumers bought GT5 in Brazil, official version. It's high-priced than a imported one, have scratchs and fingerprints on disk (handed pourly after printing) and the label is almost unreadable, but in portuguese.
One gamer bought his copy on the Sony Style shop in a mall.
Read the piece and reach your all conclusions, but do not use of censorship.
Three different consumers bought the game in three different shops (Walmart included). All have reported the issue to Folha de São Paulo, a respected news source on Brazil.

The greatest problem is not tax only. Tax are usually a excuse to gain so much more.
Althought Move is $50 less, Kinect is sold for R$600 here.
