Chill dude, it's not like the world is ending...
Reminds me of nVidia's drivers... they fix 1 thing and add 20 other bugs.
Nope. Home is just a waste of time.

I never said that MS had a better lineup than Sony. All I said was that there are titles coming to the 360 that people will be able to enjoy.
It's a fact that Sony has better software lineup so far, there's nothing to argue about there... but that doesn't mean that the 360 should just sit there and collect dust :>
I believe at least Star Ocean is going to be a game many 360 owners will be interested in :>
So "nothing" is an understatement.
MORE CONKER PLEASE!
Thank you for saying something useful around here in such a thread :p
I pretty much agree with what you've said. I really don't judge a console for its exclusives nor the graphics, which seems to be the reason for this gens console/fanboy war. Fact is, none of the consoles are perfect, and absolutely won't get to be for at least this gen.
Haha same here... except I also suck at Halo 3 and I don't play Starcraft any more :P
COD 4 and Forza 2 I don't have.
Best FPS goes to Guitar Hero 3 imo.
I believe Halo Wars is focusing more on combat rather than building and defending, which is perfectly fine for someone like me who isn't an RTS fan. I'd rather just go into combat and watch the chaos :>
I must admit, Halo Wars was the first RTS I've tried on a console, and I was really afraid of the controls being terrible, but they worked surprisingly well. However it's not a game I will be buying... at least not anytime soon. I'm not a big fan of the RTS genre but I like how Halo Wars does it... although I don't know how other RTS have been lately since the last one I played was Starcraft and Warcraft 3 :>
Might give Red Alert 3 a shot, but that will definitely be on the PC.
Your opinion is as good as mine. I just think it's weird that so many games have pretty bad shadows compared to the rest of the game... but I think it's mainly on the consoles. I haven't been playing any newer games on the PC other than Sacred 2, where shadows are quite well done.
Sure, the graphics were great... but how about spending a bit more time on making proper shadows? x.x
Too many games suffer from bad shadows these days, it's really sad.
@himdeel
There are 4 iirc
Standard 1 and 2
Alternative 1 and 2
The weight on the characters was in Gears of War as well, and I never really got used to it... it wasn't that bad in Gears 2 though. Killzone 2's weight is just about right imo. The thing that annoys me about aiming is that the pistol and the other rifle are very hard to see what you're aiming at when you "zoom".
And I never hit anything with the damn rocket launcher :P
I haven't played CoD on a console (sad, isn't it?)
I suppose it's because I'm new to PS3 shooters that it wasn't something I found easy to figure out/memorize/whatever. Although Resistance 2 controls weren't that bad for the 30 minutes I played the game. FEAR 2 demo was a lot easier for me to get used to, but all it really takes is time, after half an hour of the game I'm sure most people will have no problems with the controls... it's just that the default scheme should've been set to ...
Just finished playing the demo for the second time, and here are my thoughts.
Standard control scheme 1 should've been the scheme 2.
Cover system needs some practice, and can be both handy and hella annoying at the same time.
The soundtrack is quite neat, and no doubt the graphics are perfect even with a few low res textures, which you won't notice if you don't take your time to look closer at some stuff.
It feels quite satisfying killing the enemies and ...
Weren't most PS3 games running at 720p max?
I agree about the d-pad, it's terrible... I hated playing MK vs DCU because of it.
Might get Tekken 6 for the PS3, but the game still looks the same and outdated, and I'm not talking graphics, but general gameplay.
I rarely pre-order games... well, only time I've done it was WoW expansions and now KZ2 along with FEAR 2 and X-blades.
I don't feel the need to have a game on day 1.
The first DR is not as good as it looks... I never bothered playing through the game... mainly because of the save system, aiming, and the retarded random deaths of npc's.
Also, games with timers are really annoying.
