On the disc (day one) DLC is pretty bad. The structure of XBLG is pretty bad aswell. They can charge for it if they want, BUT online gaming should be free if you don't have XBLG.
I would like Sony to buy them too. But...their games reaching more people isn't a bad thing. Plus they seem pretty close w/ Sony, so they would probably make exclusives for their platforms regardless.

The only place Kinect belongs (IMO) is in AI robotics. There is a pretty cool self aware/modeling helicopter that uses Kinect. Asides from that, no game has really impressed me.
Some of the best games have been from JP devs. Demon/Dark Souls, GT5 and MGS4 (to name a few)
