"Keep wishing that the ps4 will be the be the beast that everyone wants it to be. Sony has already stated that the ps4 will not be a high tech console and not a lot money invested into research development like they done for the ps3. My opinion Sony wants to release a new console that will be comparably priced to the Wii U or cheaper to get back it's market share. Sony has learned from there mistakes this...

I imagine some random website did and you took it truth because it most likely matches what you want to happen. For some reason or another....... But maybe I'm wrong, but I highly doubt it.
IMO. I like PS because of the 1st party developers, anything about the specs of each console is pure speculation at this point. Ill buy all of the next gen consoles and I can't wait to hear some ++actual++ information about all of them.....because all these "rumor" articals are getting a bit ridiculous.
ME1 is my favorite, I haven't played 3.
