Also I don't see many videos saying "Kinect demo shows just how very good at it's job it is" which I would definitely expect to see as counter arguments.
So sorry it really does seem kinect is not any good at the job it was made to do.
...As in the first video this kind of stuff happens all the time. I have 3 kids 2 dogs and a granny and they all walk through the room all the time.
I'm going to have a great experience getting involved in a game and then someone walks behind me and kinect doesnt register my move but someone elses.
Also wiping the screen? that was an eye toy game and tickling an animal? That was eyepet.
Sorry Solid but Kinect sucks.

.......in the Uk have sold their wiis, kept their xboxes, and are now buying PS3's not because of move but because of the games and more friends migrating.
Even the pony tailed doughnut chomping Lardy assed game shop staff are stopping saying "Buy an xbox it's the best" and are giving a more levelled argument for/against both consoles.
Shoptonet is offering wiimote for £31 ish at the mo, this is a pretty good price.

Sniper kind of encouraged me to take up sniping as I hadn't bothered before.
Shotguns was easily my favourite though.
I think the idea was to refresh play for people as they may just use 1 gun and forcing people to try different weapons would in the end encourage you to play more.

....but I actually like the ceremony of getting home, pouring a wine or cracking a beer, scratching my dogs ear, then thumbing through my games and finding 1 I would like to play, opening the box, clicking the dvd/blu ray out (maybe give it a little polish using my breath and a soft sleave) smile when the disc is gently taken by the ps3 or wii or opening the drive on the xbox, sipping while it loads and then putting it away again at the end of the session.
