Both game concepts are interesting, Although need to see more to make a decision. As of now Quantum Break's story and concept seem's to be very ambitious but a studio like remedy can pull it off the in game trailer looked awesome. The screenshots of Order, look incredible, at so did the trailer.
The cost of this game is pretty heavy, i doubt they have abandoned it. Could be a name change? although it's pretty late for that.
I don't think its a price cut but they are releasing an alternative model with a cheaper value, i think it may be without kinect as that's the best way to reduce the price of the console.
Kinda low by MS, although it's for both PS3 and 360.
So basically they are keeping their priorities on Gears first and then the new ip.
I actually Microsoft Announced that Black tusk will be developing a new IP to go against Halo, GOW is just another project they will be working on.
So black tusk will be working on GOW and the new IP, Thats pretty cool.

Well i've got both consoles but the game for PS4 it looks great it also had frame rate issue's when i got it at launch, my mate's got the game on Xb1, i remember he told me it's got some performance issue's but recently it has been working fine, the game itself in my opinion still looks great on the xb1 even though it's at 900p and but i can say it look's better on ps4.

I think 900p 30fps more likely for xbox one similar to Assassins creed: Black flag (Still look's gorgeous on both). PS4 1080p 30fps.
It's the head of indies at xbox probably announcing the titles which will be coming to xbox.
That's a known as Sony is a hardware manufacturer. No matter what Both PS4 and Xbox one are selling extremely well although playstation will be selling much more.
Actually its R&D they start very early, if this is true then this console may be out in 3 years the quickest. Sony announced they had started Development for PS4 in 2009. Although It still seem's a little hasty for nintendo starting just 14 months after the launched.
I think Yusuf Mehdi was the one whom was going for the TV Counterpart and Phil Spencer Going for the gaming counterpart, if you check Westlake expertise was TV programming for Xbox. I'm guessing the hiring of nancy tellem last year to head the TV/Movie distribution on xbox division was the cause for his departure; that and the direction he is talking about could be the focus has been turned more on the games than the Entertainment programming.
You might want to check again, Westlake was in charge of bringing the digital media such as movies and music to Xbox. He states he quit due to Microsoft as a whole reorganisation which included bringing in Nancy tellem to head the digital entertainment such as movies and music and the upcoming TV Programmes. He had nothing to do with the gaming counterpart of Xbox.

So Sony Sells 4.2mil and Its true but MS sold 3mil could be a lie. I see the point to not trust MS but i doubt they give out random numbers of which is sold to customers (Confirmed on press release). Although people are saying they have seen a lot of Xb1 in stock and no PS4's, I have too; but it makes sense as MS are supplying more to their major market NA and UK and the fact they are selling in 13 markets whereas Sony have been spreading their stock to over 50+ markets.
I don't agree on Ryse, which i have played and it look's fantastic. Although i do agree with you on Forza there were a few downgrade's by Turn 10. Although remedy are a different studio, i still believe the game will look fantastic considering how great remedy are at making games. By the what we saw was mostly in game footage, and glimpse of gameplay.
