Wonder why Wedbush still keeps Patcher, his prediction's are way off.
I wonder what the difference would be with the Last gen GPGU vs Current gen.
i hope that there are some exclusives releasing between January and June. Can't wait for QB.
Wow...... an unbiased comment. /s
"Sony always has and always will have more exclusives due to the greater amount of first party devs" You sound like a whiney child.
Well not downgraded, never used the full potential.
It's really good that Phil, is looking at all the feedback. nice to see Xbox changing according to feedback. Parity clause is not needed.
Haha, glad they cleared the issue and are using the full potential of the hardware. Pretty silly for those blaming MS for "Paying off" devs.
I get it looks suspicious but I doubt MS would do this, marketing deal does not prove the paid to hold back one console for their benefit. Watch dogs can be one example, it was 900p odd on the ps4 and Sony had a marketing deal with them. It's more to do with dev's choice or lazyness too use the power advantages on one system than the other.
@uth11
Targeting mean's they aim to get 1080p 60fps, They never reached the aim so they gave up and called it quits at 900p 30fps. So yes it's not a downgrade, purely just lack of effort.
That was a great interview, although did you get a chance to speak to him about the first party dev's which were announced some time back, such as LXP?
Well my question is why assume MS paid them to do this? this Ubisoft we're talking about they were not able to get 1080p on Watchdogs on PS4, and that was a Cross-gen game, and they were in a Sony marketing deal. So blaming MS (Or even speculating) for Ubisoft's idiotic decision is absolutely bull.
Even your comment is speculating MS is behind this shit. That's why i'm thinking why blame MS when Ubisoft don't make the effort to fully use the hardware and ...
Wow, people really blaming MS for this issue, when it's cleary Ubisofts lack of effort.
No denying, that what Ubisoft did and the explanation was absolutely horrible, but why are people assuming MS paid them to do this just because they have a marketing deal. Sony had the same deal for watchdogs and yet they were not able to hit 1080p on either consoles and that was a cross gen game. This seems more to do parity and the lazy optimisation by ubi. Working on a game for over 4 years in sure they could of got 1089p 60fps on ps4 and 900p or more and 60fps and Xbox one if they put inm...
Not Xbox one, ubisoft. I'm sure Xbox could of ran this at 900p 60fps and ps4 1080p 60fps.
I don't see how you can blame MS for this issue, when it's clearly ubi's fault. This is not the first game dev's have been having difficulty with the console, just because MS are rich does not mean the money hat everything, they sent engineers to help out other dev's to bring the games res up. Nothing over here indicates MS paying the dev's off, only thing it proves is how lazy ubi are being.
Not really a downgrade if they did not achieve the res in the first place. They probably planned to stop optimising once the achieved 900p/30fps.
Disagree there, explanation by the Producer states the GPU's are powerful but the CPU's being the bottleneck. Xbox One proven is capable of running 1080p but it seem's more to do with the Time, budget and dev constraints as it is out of both the difficult console.
Where's Halo 3, it deserves a place more than COD. Same goes with Uncharted 2.
funny thing is Destiny on Xbox One outsold the ps4 version. Although this does not include bundled copies.
