I have been reading articles on this site longer than July...i just got so annoyed by some of the ignorance from Sony fanboys that i had to make an account.
Also - don't pull that cr@p that all the articles are anti-sony...There are more than enough articles about RROD, DISC scratching, Paying for LIVE, DVD9 etc. So don't even try that anti-sony argument.

No Prob. I love military sims. It's just that GRAW and SOCOM are the closest thing out right now for military sims on the PS3 and 360...and i played the heck out of GRAW 1&2. Love those games.

I agree and both versions look great. But i gotta give the edge to the 360...there were some pretty clear moments that shows the 360 edging out the PS3 but you would need to zoom in very closely to see it.

How about the developers and possible future developers wanting to estimate how games sell on the PS3 system and if it is economically feesable to see a return on investments...if KZ2, one of the BIGGEST PS3 titles can't seem to break any hardcore numbers...then why would a 3rd party Dev develope a game for it?
You must be on a different PSN than i am on...i get lag every once in awhile. COD4, Warhawk and Socom i have had lag where the other player warps back and forth...as well as i have also had lag on Live. i have the fastest residential cable connection Rogers offers so its not my connection.
I guess its only the Sony Fanboys that get Lag Free experiences on PSN...Hmmm.

In the small chance that there is no CURRENT OFP on the PS3 or 360 then i guess my comment makes sense. In other words Socom and GRAW 2 are a pretty good substitute for the time being until OFP is released.

Its pretty cut and dry. The word Sex is more accepted than the word KILL...especially in school areas and especially during these times...Germany being the most recent event.
I don't think it is so much more the Look of the poster but the fact that it says "KILLZONE" in the name in big white letters. Parents and Teachers i guess feel in these times of shooting sprees in schools that a game called KILLZONE is not a very positive message to developing minds.
I agree with the teacher and that these types of advertisments should have set limits of how close they can be to schools. The games are rated for a reason...

So KZ2 Dropped down to 3rd in only 1 week? And Halo Wars has top spot. Ya sure Halo wars came out this week and KZ2 last week but come on...isn't this suppose to be the "Halo Killer" and it can't even beat Halo Wars during KZ2's second week...i am starting to feel bad for all the companies that can't seem to make a buck off of any games because PS3 owners are not buying games.

GRAW 2 is a pretty good combat sim. I mean for its time. It is about what...2 years old now. OFP will obvisouly be the better "sim" but there are a couple of games out right now to get warmed up with till this game comes out. Socom comes to mind as well.
Am i the only one that agrees with this? I mean RE has been played as a single player game ever since the first one. I am not going to play multiplayer but i will use Co-op which is already in the game. And with the type of controls that are set up - why would you want this to be a VERSUS multiplayer? you can't dodge/duck/jump...you have to stand in 1 spot to zoom and shoot...not very user friendly when you need to make quick reactions.

Xbox 360 RROD - Ya we know. MS has put aside 1 BILLION $ for this reason. EACH NEW PURCHASE of an xbox 360 comes with a 3 YEAR warrenty which is more than SONY has ever done. Anyone who decides to purchase an xbox 360 because of RROD DOES COUNT as a new purchase which obviously counts to MS's overall sales. JUST like SOny PS1 (i owned 3 cause they broke) and the PS2 (i owned 2 cause the 1st one broke).
