Being able to pick and choose whatever skills you want sounds cool, but in practice it doesn't work. Min/maxing is a must here.

A lot of people are going to pre-order this game, so this is going to be very popular.
Because you have to use skills that you are unaccustomed to. That's the main issue I think. We're all good at what we know and have spent months learning, but give people a brand new set of skills that must be used in conjunction with others that are just grasping the idea, and it's a disaster.
If you get a group that have all done it before it's normally not too bad, but because many people avoid the place like the plague once they're got their achievement, it's hard to get ex...
