is really a great line of games. I must say FF7 is still the best for me, but FF12 has me really hooked for the moment. Excellent game, but really hard too.
Can`t wait to see what they come up with for FF13. A remake of FF7 is of course an interesting thought too, but it would probably not live up to the hype unfortunately.
seems to be going down the battlefield style to me. It may look as though they will try to much, as the on-foot sections don`t appear as good as the rest. Still, an interesting game to see the progress in.
Hehe how cool is that. I`ve been on this site for some time, and it turns out the admin was from Norway. I`m from trondheim myself, so i`m sure you know what football team i cheer for ;)Itj si mæ du heie på Vålerenga no hehe ( That`s norwegian by the way, in dialect too)
For those of you wanting some more details from the article, pluss a little Q and A below the article :
The game will be translated into norwegian with spoken langue hehe, just so ...
Haha you speak norwegian too ? I`m not the only one hehe. Don`t tell me you`re from Norway too ?
Hehe you`re definatly right. The source isn`t all that either. I would be very suprised if Killzone shows, but let`s just wait and see.
I have got to say it`s not what`s going to get me into buying a PS3, since i only feel it enhances the game, but a nice addition, if it`s implemented in the sixaxis. I think other people will appreciate it more than me, but it will be cool if it`s in MGS4, as Kojima knows how to use it for great effects.
Let`s hope they advance the rumble too, like DJ says.
Great points as always, i really hope you don`t stop contributing to this site though, as you`re one of the best, if not the best.
I also agree with Captain Tuttle with the categories, they are a bit too vague, and can fit into several. My last submission was an example of this.
so i wouldn`t take them as comfirmed just yet. It would be nice to get to see more of Sonys big games, but will they really show this much at GDC? I honestly think this is wishful thinking and the source is thin to say the least. But let`s hope i`m wrong, because i want to see those games in action (doubt Killzone will show though).
Guess we`ll find out soon enough anyway.
I think this article sums it up well. It is really great, but just a little bit on the short side of content. Still, the gameplay must be good, and if Sony can add some tracks and extra game modes via the PSN (and hopefully with a low to zero cost), PS3 owners has some mud to shead ;)
Really hope they have learned from the previous console release, because the PC version of Battlefield 2, was way better than Modern Combat. Still this seems promising, even though it would be nice to see some gameplay.
hope they can improve the gameplay from earlier builds into an awesome game which uses the sixaxis well.
That looked incredible.
very frustrating to say the least. But i just stay logged on all the time now, that helps ;)
I thought this would come to the 360 all along, so it was okey to get the announcement. But i was suprised to see a PS2 version to be honest. Considering EA has the publishing rights, i probably shouldn`t hehe. Don`t count out the wii yet hehe. Let`s hope it isn`t too scaled down on PS2 though.
I also think people should be more aware of the " only announced for ..." line. It dosn`t mean exclusive, otherwise they would`ve said so. It probably means : we`re waiting to ...
Just to add to Bathyj`s comments, since when was a sequel a bad thing as long as it does something really great ? Do you judge a game because of the number behind it ? My favorite games are Final Fantasy 7 and MGS1 both sequels. And last i checked Resident Evil 4 or God of War 2 wasn`t bad either. I don`t mind new IPs, but there isn`t anything wrong with a continuance as long as it improves on the original is it ?
based on what i`ve seen of it so far.
I think everyone wants to see how the game is shaping up.I`m dying for some in-game footage now, but guess that won`t come until the new E3 at the earliest. I think XGamer is right about the game slipping out of 2007 though, maybe 2008 is more realistic if it`s goal is to match that trailer.
Yeah, i think it will be exciting to see how close the end product will be, but all the attention on grapics isn`t all good either. I don`t expect it to match the first trailer anyway.
Judging from the first game, it will be the gameplay which needs the most work. I would rather have a steady framerate, rather than a choppy one just for it to be as close as possible to the first video. A good multiplayer, and a more varied experience is also needed.

I have already posted this
if the rest of the game is anything like the trailer. I hope they get the sales they deserve this time around, because the game looks epic.
