The news should be tagged as rumor now.
He doesn't want to take any kind of risk on his machine. I can understand and relate to that.
However on launch day the servers will be clogged as hell, so downloading the update and keeping it on USB in such a case would be wise.
PS4 supports both HDMI audio and Digital out.

Vincent Valentine is another underrated character even though he got his own game but still fails to see the limelight.

Yeah I know, even so, Hayter has been the pinnacle, the driving force behind the character bearing the codename Snake.
Richard Doyle as Big Boss would've been swell as well seeing how he was the on who voiced Big Boss in MGS4.
I don't see how Big Boss would go over a voice change again when he isn't even that old here in MGSV.

Actually the guy didn't break any. He legitimately bought the console and like any other awaiting and enthusiastic gamer would, he posted his unboxing pix and a vid. Showcased how the dashboard looks like and what not.
It is his console and connecting it to the internet whether early or before shouldn't have landed him such a strict ban in the first place.
Better late than never I'll say. I'm happy for the individual who will get his ban lifted.

Major Nelson is Microsoft's PR official. He is not incharge of banning anyone's console(s). This certain measurement is probably taken by the team who oversees legal or terms and policies affairs.

Well that's obviously to return you to the previous screen and to stop you from connecting the console to the internet.
The funny thing is that I'm still being questioned and thrown mud upon by others IRL as well as on the internet with many citing that Sony became greedy by putting Online MP behind PS+.
And I have converted nearly a lot of people from their negative views about PS+ to positive when they hear that with LIVE Gold they had to pay only for MP but with PS+ they were paying for free games and now for MP as well so there isn't any kind of loss for them in any way.
