Oh, please. The trailer looked better than anything Star Wars related in decades. The quality of the end product is all that matters.
Not very consumer friendly. Don't you have to pay for that access? I smell a lawsuit incoming.
Xbox is probably regretting that deal as it's likely costing the billions. If you want Ubi too a price hike is just around the corner.
Here is another inside scoop from square-enix

I think given the support NMS has seen from its creators a native version is likely already in the works.
Is it just me or has their been a lot of inside info about Square-Enix coming from Sony lately? Along with the amount of console exclusives its hard not to think a buyout may be imminent...
The screen on PSVR 1 was actually a lot better than people realize but was held back by the GPU of the PS4. The PS5 upgrade of No Man's Sky shows how good even the PSVR1 can look.

The HDR OLED screen of PSVR2 is much better than the LCDs of the Vive and Oculus as well.
Expensive, uses inferior LCD panels, wonky PC interface, uncomfortable, won't have exclusives from the best of the best Playstation Worldwide Studios and doesn't have haptic feedback.
All this shows to me is that no matter how fancy the tech the games will only look as good as the amount of resources poured into the art and the talent of the developers. Some really low quality and bland art on display in that clip.
Not just better resolution but better panels. HDR OLED rather than the cheap LCDs in Quest.
It has basically everything I could ask for and because it's Sony you can be sure the price will be consumer friendly without the creepy privacy invasion of Facebook.
When people talk about PS4 exclusives they always forget all of the amazing games for PSVR. Sony isn't going to let that happen with PSVR2. They are pulling out the big guns!
Same with Jaffe, lol. Now he just makes click bait YouTube videos.
It would still be a VR game... VR support and inputs for all titles.
Sony's plan for PSVR2 is to make their AAA games compatible and fully playable on PS5 or PSVR2. That alone is a game changer. Full AAA top of the line games released regularly is what will push VR into the mainstream.
He based it on talking to former employees and with 8 years and nothing to show obviously this guy failed at his job.
No
Add this guy to the list of game directors who should have learned to be a team player and kept their ego in check along with Warren Spector, Peter Molyneux, Cliffy B, David Jaffe, and Tomonobu Itagaki.
