Consoles live and die by their exclusive games and anyone who thinks otherwise is fooling themselves. And when you essentially remove real exclusivity from your console you of course are going to struggle, Microsoft only has themselves to blame, is it great to be able to "play anywhere" sure, is it the best thing for a consoles relevance, nope.
