Been saying this for a while now, the game dint live up to the hype at all, and now its just being hyped by those that spent their money on it and dont want to admit they paid for a lackluster game. The interest is already fleeting and I'm sure it wont be long before people have moved on from the game completely.

Is this guy intentionally trying to incite people now? A game being announced and then not coming out is not exclusive to Sony, this has happened with Nintendo and Microsoft too. And how about all the games Sony announced that have come out. Every time he speaks he seems less and less like an "analyst" and more like a fanboy who just wants to flame wars.
Ultimately they are suing him to shut up go away and file bankruptcy because there's no way that dude has anywhere near that kind of money, the best they can hope for is to force him to file bankruptcy and ruin his credit.
