Doubt there will be backwards compatibility but it will be a real 4k system for sure and be released as the article suggests at a time that 's much better for 4k then it is now.

Both are amazing looking games in their own way, glad I get to play both.
You can count on one hand and have fingers left over the number of games that are hitting native 4k and 60fps on xbone x, is this whats considered "overkill"?
Most of these have little or nothing to do with xbone x and were already a thing before the consoles reveal. I know something that Playstation has that xbone x should implement though, its called exclusive games, but that's never going to happen.
