Its one guy and he worked there for a long time, this is far from being a bad sign, sometimes people just need to do something else, a change a pace, it happens all the time in the gaming development industry.
I get what you're doing, but QB is far from being a masterpiece. Its not a terrible game it just has to many issues to be called a masterpiece.
Its only "same old" to you cause the Uncharted series has been around longer. If QB makes it to four games I'm sure it will feel same old too.

Don't remember where but I heard about the disable screenshot notification a while back so that's actually not a surprise, the other stuff is cool, always nice to get more the you expected.
