Pretty short I'm hearing, you could easily finish it in one sitting.
That's odd cause eight hours is considered short for any game that is Playstation exclusive. And I'd say The Order's cut scenes were done pretty damn well but that didn't seem to matter. Clearly there's a double standard, and I know why.
Even developers know when someone is clearly better then they are, Remedy are right to look up to and credit Naughty Dog, they are the pinnacle of gaming development. U4 will be the standard that all other devs including Remedy aspire to, but most likely wont be able to achieve. Naughty is always a step ahead of everyone.
N4G was filled with disrespect, immature comments, and trolling long before I ever got here. And those very individuals are the ones I'm specifically referring to in my comment. I can appreciate your Kumbaya, We Are The World, mantra but it wont fix the N4G comment section.
"So they offered me a bunch of money and I was like sure I'll do it?.
"It kind of feels as if Remedy tried to allocate their budget in one too many areas, leading to a uninspired gameplay and lackluster television show."
Sounds about right.
Its getting decent score for graphics but the game play is short and flawed, lyp sync animation is awful and its filled with long FMV cut scenes and we all know form The Order long cut scenes are bad. This game did ok but its far from being a masterpiece like some think it is.
With or without the really long FMV cut scenes?
There is going to be so much salt and hurt feelings when this game gets released.
On n4g anything against Xbone or first party Microsoft game shall not be allowed and will be downvoted. See how that works, dont act like it doesn't go both ways here.
I must be the only PS4 owner that couldn't care less if they release a new console. That being said I know what the point of this article was, more attempts at drumming up doom and gloom propaganda aimed at Sony.
Its true there are mixed reviews. There's the honest impartial reviews like these which of course are quickly dismissed by xbone fans, and then there's the xbox fanboy and paid off reviews that we are all supposed to believe. The fact is overwhelmingly the game did not deliver. Another flop for the xbone it seems.
I feel sorry for xbone fans at this point, I know they have to try and defend this, and they will, but its just really kind of sad at this point. This game was supposed to be xbones big thing and it clearly looks to have failed.
And in other news the sky will be blue too. This guy is such a genius, and by genius I mean a steaming pile of brown butt paste.
I enjoyed the game play in The Order but that didn't seem to matter. Why does this game get a pass?
Things aren't looking so good for this game. There goes the hype.
This game has the same glaring issues as The Order had and hypocrites are trying to give it a pass now? Not surprised the damage control squad are feverishly defending this flawed game.
No its not, and getting something for free whatever it is and complaining not only comes of as self entitled but spoiled and ungrateful as well. Lets be real here, they dont have to give us anything for free if they dont want to.
Literally the funniest title I've read on N4G in a long time. Wonder if it well sell some xbones, I'm sure that's its intention. Funny how people forget all the AAA games Sony has given away because xbone has a decent month of free games, even when those games were already given away for free through PS Plus months ago.
Yeah it will, and console sells will skyrocket as well do to the interest in VR. Sony is just killin it!
And yet my comment had nothing to do with marketing, I dont have to sell people on ND people know how good they are. But you seem upset by an internet comment that had nothing to do with you, that is whats truly pathetic, now please calm down its not worth getting bent out of shape about.
