In that case, i think DA2 is a 3/10 compared to my experience with KotOR. But it isn't a 3/10.
DA2 is not a mediocre game, just because it isn't as polished as ME2. But how many games can claim that?
Since Mass Effect is BioWare's flagship franchise these days, it makes sense.
