are you talking about the party game machine? the one with mountains or poorly made shovelware, rehashed platformers and sad excuses for mature games?
The Wii controller is terrible and the games are blurry and lack any kind of depth. I ended up giving it to my 8 year old nephew and all he does is nag me to let him play the "real" games (his words, not mine) that are on the PS3 and 360. Unless you like party games or regurgitated Nintendo rehashes, the Wii is pretty analogous to how I described it, A bland mass produced .99 meat patty wrapped in paper that people choke down because they have no time to sit down to a well made and...
comparing the Wii to the PS3 and 360 is like comparing McDonalds hamburgers to a 5 course Chateaubriand meal at a fine restaurant. they are being purchased by two VERY different consumers. I personally never thought "should I get a Wii or a PS3/ 360?" they are too different from each other. so even though Mcdonalds has sold a billion hamburgers that doesn't mean the the Chateaubriand five course meal is somehow a failure. it is really not even in any kind of competition with the way...
If you have the special edition dvd of The Thing you gotta' check out the Lead Special effects artist Rob Bottin's interview, the guy is nuts!
The game is a nice little platformer. and kinda' fun. I reminds me of "I, ninja" on the gamecube a little bit. for only 35.00 I will grab this. every game doesn't need to be some gore-fest or need to take itself too seriously or have some character named "soap" in it.
they can be broken also?
and not another one for the psp.
I feel really bad for your Parents.
I am really looking forward to a PS3 version being released too!
in other words, a handgun with a clip.
But, personally I can do without it if the choice is that or a reliable console.
Ming! what ah' MOOK!
I would have redesigned the 360 and fixed EVERYTHING that is WRONG with it. They run their console business Like they run their OS business, ship a flawed product and try to patch it later. the only problem is "patching" hardware requires a redesign not a firmware update. so it tends to cost allot more.
What's worse is the 360 owners that keep replacing broken consoles ad nauseum like a child that keeps touching a hot stove thinking that the results are going to be di...
rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring!!!
funny, the humanoid creatures look allot like the ones from dark sector.
last time I checked they sold a flawed machine that was never truly redesigned to eliminate the problems it has. If they were an actual industry leader in the design and manufacture of electronics for the past fifty years maybe they wouldn't have been so eager to screw their customers.
ugly little, no good games of it's own gamecube 1.5 with it's stupid controller gimmic.
keep it off the carpet...the static electric charge will destroy any console.
I grew up with atari 2600 and telstar systems. Nintendo were good and innovative back when games were 8 and 16 bit but, with each subsequent version their relevance as a an innovative console maker has waned. The N64 was the last decent system from the big "N" after that, the joke of a game system the gamecube came out with their strange decision to go with that weird proprietary minidvd disc format an after that was more or less a deservedly last place console came the gamecube red...
