BC is coming back to PS3 in full software emulation, along with a full PS2 downloadable games store. They'll make tons of money out of that PS2 store.

Sony would have wasted too much money not doing it. Technically, with the Cell, it's clearly possible. Not easy but clearly possible.

MS will leave the gaming market if Sony sells millions PS3 slim (which will happen).

MS doesn't have the studios, exclusive games and more generally content to compete on the long run.

MS strategy in gaming was to kill the PS3 as fast as possible. Since they failed, it's over. You can't compete with 3 studios when your competitor has 30+.

They'll go back to windows and office, which are suffering too by the way.

Actually, after this move, there will never be a single 3rd party 360 exclusive again, it would just cost too much for MS.

We could even see more and more 3rd party Sony exclusives if the PS3 slim sells millions (which it will).
